I am excited to be running for Councillor in the October 27th East Ferrris municipal elections. I would be honoured  to work on your behalf and for all residents of our beautiful East Ferris municipality.  Born and raised in East Ferris, I've cared for our community's well-being for as long as I can remember.  My passion for our homeland is best captured in the following adaptation of the  famous 50s  folk song:

 

This land is your land, This land is my land,

From Astorville to Corbeil,

From Trout Lake to Lake Nosbonsing,

This land was made for you and me!

 

With your support on October 27th, you can be assured that I will work for a progressive East Ferris, committed to a high standard and quality of life for all residents.  Looking forward to hearing from you regarding how best to provide the ideal conditions for us to live, work, play and prosper in East Ferris.

Je me présente au poste de conseillère municipale.  C'est toujours avec grande fierté que j'informe les gens que je suis native de la belle région d'East Ferris, une communauté sécuritaire, où il fait bon vivre.  Le bien-être de notre communauté me tient à coeur depuis aussi loin que remontent mes souvernirs.  Je serais honorée de vous représenter en tant que conseillère dévouée à faire d'East Ferris un lieu toujours meilleur pour y vivre, travailler, s'y divertir et y prospérer.

 

Cette préoccupation doit aussi comprendre le besoin qu'ont les citoyens pour de l'emploi rémunérateur.  C'est pourquoi il sera important d'encourager des politiques et des programmes municipaux qui assurent un climat propice et invitant pour le milieu des affaires.  J'ai hâte de voir comment l'on peut rendre East Ferris davantage un lieu effervescent pour tous ses citoyens et ses entreprises.
